Automated integration with the Romanian e-Transport electronic system


Romanian e-Transport is an application for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, developed by Intelligent Systems. It automates the process of submitting e-Transport documents to the Romanian Financial Authorities in line with the requirements of the local tax legislation for tracking of goods with high fiscal risk, exported and imported.

Romanian e-Transport utilizes the sending of notifications and confirmations to the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) in Romania for the transportation of goods. The tool generates a structured .xml file that contain data about the sender and the recipient, the goods' characteristics and value, the loading and unloading locations, and information on the mode of transportation. Authorization from ANAF is received with the ITU code once the goods transportation has been reported.
